Mr. Abel Hartog is the Group President of Dorothy & Hales Ltd, bringing over 35 years of international experience in import and export, agribusiness, and global market development. He has extensive expertise in market linkages, identifying and evaluating agribusiness companies, contract negotiations, and executing international sourcing and supply agreements. Throughout his career, he has successfully connected global buyers with reliable suppliers, ensuring efficient delivery, quality assurance, and long-term strategic partnerships. His leadership and global network continue to strengthen Dorothy & Hales Ltd's position as a trusted partner for sourcing premium agricultural products from East Africa for international markets.
Jeff Kiaraho
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jeff Kiaraho is the Chief Executive Officer of Dorothy & Hales Ltd, with over 8 years of experience in export trade and agribusiness. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from KCA University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mount Kenya University. He brings extensive expertise in international trade, financial management, legal compliance, and agricultural value chains, helping connect global buyers with trusted processors and suppliers across East Africa.
Veronicah Njoroge
Chief Financial Officer
Veronicah Njoroge is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Dorothy & Hales Ltd. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). With over 12 years of senior management experience across Kenya and Ethiopia, Veronicah has built a distinguished career in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic planning. She has held leadership positions with leading financial institutions, including Absa Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, where she gained extensive expertise in financial operations, risk management, budgeting, and business strategy. At Dorothy & Hales Ltd, she leads the Group's financial strategy, ensuring sound financial governance, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across the business.
Maxwell Muema
Operations Manager
Maxwell Muema is the Group Operations Manager at Dorothy & Hales Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and has over 15 years of management experience across operations, logistics, and project coordination. He has worked with leading organizations, including SGS and Nzuri Fruits Kenya, where he gained extensive experience in export operations, logistics management, quality assurance, and export documentation. He oversees the company's operational processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of products to international markets.
